Abstract

This collection of 15 papers on pavement management systems (PMSs) and rehabilitation is concerned with the following topics: statistical modelling; semiautomated and automated pavement distress data collection; Louisiana's PMS; a model for regional pavement preservation resource allocation; probabilistic analysis of pavement distress ratings; optimal pavement maintenance decisions; robust optimisation for pavement management; a bituminous surface treatment protocol; use of rolling dynamic deflectometer in forensic studies and rehabilitation; long-term field performance of recycled asphalt; sustainable pavements; reflective cracking; and rehabilitation design of jointed plain concrete pavement.
