Abstract

The first paper of this record discusses guidelines for developing a traffic plan for a campus area. The second paper describes a mechanical measurement of sidewalk pedestrian volumes and a pedestrian flow map that led to its development. The third paper discusses the use of the helicopter and its operating capability for performing medical evacuation, surveillance, and general law enforcement.
