Abstract

This paper describes research on monitoring the movement of pedestrians including a data collection system, processing techniques and new data analysis software. The work aims to provide data to improve security and to enable behavioural monitoring of pedestrians in public. This data is important to those working in pedestrian monitoring, market research or in publicsafety and security. For the covering abstract see E134653.
