Abstract
Shortly the new long term scenarios of the Dutch Central Planning Bureau (CPB) will be published. In the realisation of these scenarios a totally different approach was used than before. The old CPB-scenarios especially differ with respect to the economic development. In this paper the results of the mobility and pollution forecasts made in this venture are presented. On many aspects the new scenarios strongly differ from the old ones. With respect to the mobility and emission forecasts the differences between the new scenarios are less pronounced, than the differences between the old scenarios.
