Pet traffic and parking projects : why they don't work.

Abstract

Some of the serious problems that have arisen when projects have been built without parking spaces, are reviewed. It parking spaces have not been provided at apartment houses etc., parked cars flow all over adjacent streets and into residential areas causing problems. The paper also looks at other action affecting parking such as fringe parking and environmental plans.
