Abstract

To-day the main direction of the efforts being taken to make people increasingly road safety minded is affected by the belief that physical maturity is a determining basis for driving ability. Accordingly, persons who are not willing or be able to behave in a correct and sensible manner in life cannot meet the demands of road traffic in a reliable manner. The lesser the degree of maturity in life, the greater the liability to accidents.
