It concerns the quality of the learning experience provided by the program and focuses in the programs' openness and capacity to "grow". II. Evaluating Driver Proficiency. Employs a test of driver proficiency, derived from required real-world behaviour by expert opinion. III. Validating Program Effectiveness. Utilizes a validated test of driver proficiency to examine a broad range of influences and interventions.
