Abstract
This paper discussen a two-part experimental project thatthe American P;tedical Association and the American Asso-ciation of RSotor Vehicle Administrators are jointly carry-.ing out in the hope of making some impact upon the teenagedrinking and driving problem. The project involved 5.000New York, Oklahoma and Wisconsin high school students whoveere just completing their driver education training andveere about to take their driver's examination. All veeretested, immediately and again four months later.
