TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2244 consists of 14 papers that examine state climate action plan strategies, fair share regional targets for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from transportation and land use, commuting times based on the jobs-housing balances, context-sensitive multimodal road planning, and integrating travel demand model and benefit-cost analysis.
