Abstract

The paper claims to be comprehensive in two ways: (1) by including in the considerations, apart from the airport capacity proper, also the consequences in other sectors of society besides the air traffic sector; and (2) by paying attention to decision-making procedures and consultation structures, which must be taken into account.
