Abstract

The creation of ideal conditions for traffic circulation is possible in theory thanks to the discoveries and methods of the last few years, but the costs are still to high to apply these safety measures. The factors which are the determining influence on road traffic conditions are; road, motor-car and man. These three factors must be examined from two points of view, that of safety and that of maintenance of flow. All aspects which ca contribute to the construction of ideal roads and ideal motor-cars, and which can contribute to eliminate human errors are presented.
