The post licensing control reporting and evaluation system provides a continually updated series of reports on the costs and traffic safety impacts of components of the department's negligence operator program. The subject of this status report is the Warning Letter and Group Educational Meeting. The Warning Letter causes a clear reduction in conviction involvements and this reduction in turn decreases the number of Group Educational Meetings that would otherwise be necessary.
