Abstract

The paper emphasizes the possibilities of spatial analysis by using the postcode of the workers in establishments. It turned out that the gathering of this data is relatively simple and the information can nevertheless be localized in a very specific way. This type of research is relevant to the discussion on the possibilities of saving energy by physical planning. That is also why emphasis is given to the medium sized city as the regional scale of the analyses and the work trip.
