Abstract

In the paper, Based on the pedestrian behavior information collected by DV. The influence factors for pedestrian using crossing facilities are analyzed, and the Binary Logit (BL) model on predicting pedestrian obeying traffic rule at signalized intersections is built,. Results shows that by adjusting detour degree move obstructions at sidewalk, probability of pedestrian obeying traffic rules significantly improved. This research provides atheoretical basis for the proposed improvement measures and assessment.
