Abstract

The Washtenaw County in Michigan, U. S. A., is conducting a three-year alcohol safety action program for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, in which the primary focus of the analysis is presented here. The results include other relevant factors such as driving exposure, and the age and sex of drivers. Data from some of the other factors may be significant in evaluating the effects of the alcohol action safety program in the subject county.
