Abstract

In order to improve decisions aimed at reducing fatal traffic accidents this report presents a method with the following steps: 1) Find the basic cause of traffic accidents; 2) Find how the basic cause works; 3)Find differences in traffic accidents; 4) Find cause elements with like differences; 5) Use related perception elements as possible remedies and 6) Use priority screen to select best remedies. In addition an accident prevention program must decide what to do about speed.
