Abstract

The accessibility in cities for handicapped persons is discussed. A reolution concerning accessibility to public transport is dealt with. It is required that the design, planning and building of means of public transport should take into account the difficulties for handicapped people to commute. Moreover it draws attention of transport companies to measures facilitating the use of public transport by handicapped people.
