Abstract

The problem of integrating models of labour mobility (change of workplace) and residential mobility (migration) asks for a number of decisions. In the first place, a choice must be made between aggregate and disaggregate approaches. Secondly, the interrelatedness between the two forms of mobility raises the question of how to deal with an aggregation of individuals.in such a way that it can be and labour markets. In this article the problem of the interrelation between two types of mobility patterns is discussed from a perspective of socio-cultural, demographic, and economic characteristics (SODEC) of actors.
