Abstract

Queensland Main Roads Department (QMRD) has recently carried out a research project to establish whether suburb ageing and rejuvenation effects can be built into a procedure to forecast zonal average attribute values. This paper reports the results of this research and describes a totally new methodology for the prediction of average zonal persons, workers and dependants per household.
