Abstract

A reconstruction procedure for impacts with poles and possibly other yielding objects is presented along with validation results and perceived problem areas. The potential application of this reconstruction procedure and associated plans are also discussed. The end product is a useful reconstruction tool to supplement the CRASH program for on-going and future accident investigation programs.
