Abstract
The papers presented at this conference deal with the proposed driver license program for North Carolina, drowsiness and sleep during driving, accident rate of school bus driver, analysis of high accident locations by time-lapse photography, safety guidelines for pedestrian and bicycle, involvement of alcohol and drugs in highway fatalities, and research using accident records.
