Abstract

The role, effect and progress of contemporary enforcement activities in the highway transportation systems are examined. Attention is also given to possible approaches which would entrance program productivity in terms of reducing the magnitude of highway crash losses. Traffic codes and laws are ineffective and meaningless without enforcement.
