Abstract
Because of the alarming increase in traffic accidents in the Argentine republic and of the diversity in the application of different traffic regulations in every state, it is. necessary to formulate a national traffic law operating in the whole country and to prepare an intensive propaganda campaign to get a reduction in traffic accidents. The Argentine Road Association summarizes and comments on a proposed bill to be approved by the higher government of the nation.
