Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structure and extent of drivers' beliefs in the effectiveness of potential public policies for safety, to investigate the structure and extent of their views on the desirability of these policies, and to investigate the nature and extent of the concern that drivers may have for their own safety on the road.
