Abstract

This volume is part of a larger study providing information about public attitudes towards proposed highway safety countermeasures in three program areas: alcohol and drugs, unsafe driving behaviors and pedestrian safety. Pedestrian safety countermeasures discussed in this volume include street safety classes for children, vendor regulations, and model parking laws.
