Abstract

Because of he increased awareness of the need for transportation for that segment of the society whose mobility is limited, there have been increased efforts to establish the funding mechanism, the management structures and the operational equipment for such transportation service. Efforts to overcome deficiencies in these attempts are discussed and results of a survey are given.
