Abstract

Road lighting installation must provide reliability of perception and comfortable visual conditions, dependent upon the average road luminance, glare and uniformity. With a mobile road lighting laboratory, road lighting quality values can be measured continuously, while driving. By using a videorecorder the measurements of all results can be thoroughly observed and studied.
