Abstract
A framework developed, in the city of The Hague by order of municipality, for the development and execution of an integral traffic safety plan. The framework is based on a conceptual scheme for the analysis of traffic safety. The criteria, whereby indicators used to delineate the problem areas in the objective and subjective traffic safety field are identified and determined, is described. The report shows, that by studying the developments in the past, the present situation, and future developments, priorities can be set in the traffic safety policy.
