Random tests and hospital tests for blood alcohol levels.

Abstract

Driving after drinking to excess is so prevalent that public opinion supports more restrictive legislation. A case is presented for random testing. There is a legal problem if a blood alcohol level estimation is recorded for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. This should be privileged information.
