Abstract
This is a report on rail transport in the concurbation. The entire conurbation should be looked upon as a unity which should manifest itself in a mutual planning financing and control of public transport; standardization of rail gange, running characteristics etc. in order to attain that regional trains and urban trains and underground will partly run over joint lines, because their functions are overlapping and competing each other.
