On the rate of acquisition of visual information about space, time, and intensity.

Abstract

The aim of this experiment was to map the temporal course of acquisition of visual information about the position, intensity, and deviation of stimulation. Information about spatial position is shown to be acquired much more rapidly than is information about the intensity or duration of the stimulus.
