Abstract

This article presents three arguments in favour of right hand steering for right - hand traffic on expressways. The left - hand steering driver is more proved to drive on the left side than on the right side of the road. This can be dangerous when another driver wants to overtake. With left hand steering the dead angle is on the left back of the car. This is just the place where a driver should have the best visibility when overtaking. This proneness to left-driving can be very uncomfortable to a driver to correct. Loosing his concentration he can cause a collision with the meeting traffic.
