Abstract

This book describes the current global traffic injury problem, examines the factors influencing this situation and forecasts developments to the turn of the country. By then, the number of traffic casualties is expected to double as more and more nations motorise and as the motorised nations find it increasingly difficult to continue improving their level of traffic safety.
