Abstract
The degree of influence of transport in the development process depends rather than on quantitative changes, on qualitative changes. Innovations, considered as an organized appliance of technical inventions, determine the growing process of economics and society. Therefore a dynamic analysis of this phenomenon will give us a more exact evaluation of the meaning of innovations is the field of transports.
