Abstract

When established grass sods are not moved, changes in vegetation will occur naturally. Grass sods, which serve to encourage germinator and establishment of a hardy woody vegetation without man's help, are thus practical and inexpensive. The succession stages of vegetation that occur naturally on undisturbed grass sods have much aesthetic value at various reasons of the year.
