Abstract

The main goal of this study was a legal investigation into the implementation of intelligent infrastructure systems. Contrary to countries like the USA or Germany, studies on the legal requirements and an implementation of possible obstacles had still not been adequately investigated and described in Austria. This is problematic because of practical effects and those on a meta-physical system level. (Author/publisher)
