Abstract

It is concluded that data available for developing the Private Vehicle Distribution Model is very extensive but nevertheless exhibits considerable variability. The model developed satisfies the input constraints. Interiem conclusions are that constraining a synthetic matrix to input Trip Ends from a Trip End Model produces unsatisfactory estimates of area to area movements.
