Abstract

BATT (Behaviour and Advanced Transport Telematics) is the kernel project of the ATT (Advanced Transport Telematics) programme in Europe, and deals with changes in Travel Behaviour resulting from the implementation of the ATT Pilot Projects. BATT focuses on a monitoring and evaluation approach, which not only covers the project requirements, but also extends within and beyond the whole ATT programme in order to cover issues related to the project's objectives at the European level.
