Abstract

Research is done into the relative important of quality determining attributes of a trip by public transport for different categories of public transport users and trip. The relative importance of the trip- time attributes is determined by analysing route- choice behaviour of individuals who stated to know their route alternatives. A multinominal logit model is used and a distinction is made between different categories of public transport users and trips.
