Abstract

A small part of the sale of fly ash goes to the construction of roads; A greater amount finds its destination in road construction through building materials which are partly or entirely made of fly ash. The ranges of application in road construction are: additions and embankments; roadbases with stony material and with mixtures; pavements with asphalt and with concrete; and sett paving.
