Abstract

Recommendations are given for restraint systems for children in motor vehicles. For the efficient operation of a child restraining device in an accident it is essential to restrict the forward movement of the vehicle seat. Attention is drawn to the fact that there is less risk of injury to children when travelling in a back seat of a vehicle.
