Abstract

The objective of the study was to provide the transit industry with information on the.recruitment, test mg, selection, and training practices currently used by transit systems that received training in the University of Chicago test batteries validated for male and female bus operators. A literature review, the methodology and demographic characteristics of the respondent group in the survey,and the conclusions and recommendations of the study are presented.
