Abstract

A review is presented of the effects of analgesics on driving performance. Analgesic drugs which relieve pain are broadly divisible into two groups, the narcotics (morphine-like) and the non-narcotics (aspirin-like) which share many of their effects with the non-steroidal antiinflammatory agents (NSAIDS).
