Abstract
A review of the available literature showed that the addition of Chemcrete can improve the performance of bituminous mixtures significantly, particularly with regard to stability and resistance to permanent deformation. However, the extent and the rate at which the reaction occurs appears to be dependent on a number of factors. From the survey, conclusions have been drawn concerning the use of Chemcrete modified materials. (A)
