Abstract

This study was conducted in order to consider the road safety of disabled people. The report includes a review of the literature and interventions. Remedial measures, including interventions aimed at teaching pedestrian and cyclist skills and engineering work designed to help protect these people and enhance their mobility are described. The report concludes with recommendations for further work in this area. (Author/publisher)
