Abstract

This study focusses on road safety management in five high income countries and 10 less favoured countries so that comparisons could be made. A short questionnaire was sent to key organisations and individuals in the countries selected. Examples of good practice and lessons learned in each country are presented and recommendations are provided for road safety organisation, road safety plans, funding, and business sector participation.
