Abstract

Medical certificates are necessary to obtain a driving license in the Netherlands. If there are defects in arms and/or legs, without further complications, advice is asked of the Adaptation Department of the CBR. The applicant must be capable of driving a motor vehicle safety in spite of this physical limitations, and this often makes technical adaptations necessary. A driving test must be met.
