The city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is implementing a new bus system, denominated RioBus. This new system is a trunk-feed system and one of their basic characteristics is the connections accomplishment between feeders lines and trunk lines. One of the matters boarded during the initial studies was the adoption, or not, of terminals for such integration, using closed area. In those terminals, the user doesn't need to accomplish additional payments to enter in a new bus. To work thus, it would be necessary the creation of a series of integration's terminal for the entire city. As a consequence, we would have a works and dispossessions big quantity, to a cost elevated for the city. Thus electronic ticketing was adopted aiming create an integration virtual terminals series along the city.
