Road accident facts 1974 Ireland.

Abstract

Detailed classifications of accidents on Irish roads in 1974 are given. Some comment is also given on the interpretation of these classifications. Some conclusions are: 3 out of every 1000 in the population were killed or injured on the road during 1974; the greatest number killed or injured were in the 20-24 age group, while the greatest number killed were in the 65 and over age group.
