Abstract
This international bibliography included abstracts of English language reports, conference papers, books and journal articles on such subjects as: fog and ice detection and warning systems; accident risk in rain, wind, snow, fog, ice and hot weather; pavement surface skidding resistance, and tyre behaviour. These items have been selected from the material added to the Transport Research Laboratory's Library Database between 1990 and 1992.
